Marketing forms (CTA, newsletter, contact): email address, optional name and message, the page URL you submitted from, the selected language, and a `lead_source` tag identifying upinity.com. Browser preferences: theme (light/dark), preferred language, and currency selection — all stored in your browser's localStorage, never transmitted to us. No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers are loaded.
Form submissions are forwarded to POWERB's Mautic instance (go.powerb.swiss), where the lead is added to the matching marketing segment and may receive follow-up emails. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31(1) nLPD), implied by your active submission. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing security@upinity.com.
Your data is processed by: (a) POWERB SAGL itself; (b) where you become a paying subscriber, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. as payment processor. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
All processing performed by POWERB occurs in Switzerland. Stripe processes payment data in the EU and may transfer to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. No other extraterritorial transfers occur.
Leads in Mautic are retained while the marketing relationship is active and for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. Account data inside app.upinity.com follows the retention rules set out in the application's own privacy notice.
Under GDPR and the Swiss FADP (nLPD) you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Send your request to security@upinity.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local EU supervisory authority.
